Standy by training is the new mode in NYC

After please put the guns down and please sacrifice your life for others, NYC is trying standby training instead of using NYPD. After protests organized by local politicians on hate crime against Asian race, the governor’s office reached a deal of $10 million for non-profits and other community groups to educate bystanders witnessing crimes committed by criminals primarily for Asian Americans. The program called bystander training will allow innocent civilians to lookout and alert crimes but to whom is not disclosed. Volunteers can join for local patrolling in their areas. The fund will be used for salaries, office rent, food, equipment and etc arranged by local politicians. According to a local watchgroup with crimes soaring and criminals released without bail, this is a revolving door policy for new programs asking for more budget to create jobs for non-profits and nothing else.
