St John s student in critical condition after struck by vehicle

Police reported a pedestrian was struck on Union Turnpike and 175th Street while crossing. The driver was heading west when the incident happened on Tuesday, January 23 around 11:15pm. The pedestrian, according to a witness was coming out of the campus and was heading to the bus stop. The driver remained on the scene and is cooperating with the police. Ongoing investigation.
