Special Ops saves a pup from the water

The NYPD Special Ops rescued a small puppy from the East River after calls came in of a dog in the water. This was reported during the morning walk by others.

So far to this later afternoon, no one has come forth to claim the puppy and now it's at the local ACC shelter.

After 3 days, its up for adoption if no one claims and the worst scenario is we all know what.
