Former Governor Cuomo is a free man from nursing home investigations in NY state. No charges will be filed. However, civil lawsuits can be brought by families impacted by the former governor's decision which must be filed against the state under the current administration. As of now, groping charges remain and his next date is January 7 filed by his former personal assistant. That's the only case alive and kicking.

Meanwhile, the current Governor issued an executive order of adding new staff and budget for nursing homes so the existing ones can continue without liability of violations until January 30 when it will be extended.

Already over 250 nursing homes have filed lawsuits.
