Sorry I left my cocaine in your office

The NCPD reports the arrest of a Franklin Square man for criminal possession of a controlled substance on April 15 at 10:00 am in E. Garden City. According to detectives, a male was at a medical facility in E. Garden City and returned home. While at home, the male realized he lost a substance believed to be cocaine. The subject called the facility and described the lost property. An employee located the described property and notified police. A thorough investigation was conducted and Jose Espinosa, 40, of Franklin Square was arrested. Defendant Espinosa is charged with two (2) counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd Degree. He will be arraigned on Friday, April 16, 2021 in Mineola.
