The new NYC trash bin is now available at Home Depot so check online where it's available. All garbage must be in a trash bin starting January 2, 2025 or face fines.

As for leaves, you can put them out every week during your regular recycling day in a white bag without the container.

On December 11, the NYC Council will introduce a bill to register all e-bikes which is a long shot to pass.

On the politics side, St Andrew of Rona is talking to big donors for the next Mayoral race. His team has not ruled out joining the crowded race against Eric Adams next year.

With the long holiday weekend, many elected officials including the Mayor and Governor will be at the local shelters to serve food for photo ops.
