So what is next for the Mayor and all around who is who

According to the Mayor's lawyer, Alex Spiro, a surrender date is either tomorrow, Monday or Tuesday for the Mayor’s arraignment based on the presiding judge's decision. His lawyer also stated the charges are conspiracy and blames aides who all resigned. The Mayor will fight all charges.

The Mayor made it clear he will not resign and will continue until next year's election.

If, again, a big IF, only two options are on the table.

The Governor has the power to remove the Mayor and quoted, “I'm going to take the time I need to review this indictment to see what's embedded with this, but my number one responsibility is make sure that the people of New York City and the state of New York are served."

The other option is form a committee by NYC Council and remove the Mayor by majority votes under inability or absent from duties which is a long shot.

Trump who is in NYC today quoted, "A year ago, he came out very strongly against migrants.. I knew he would be indicted within the year."

And lastly, Andrew Cuomo is in play but waiting, waiting, waiting.
