So many adventures in NYC with fake smiles using taxpayer funds

Alright, NYC's main crisis is affordable housing and the upcoming Mayoral election will have ballot proposals. Affordable Housing Ballot Proposals 2, 3, 4 and 5 to fast track to developments so the city can release more taxpayer funds to operate well lubed with paycheck, champagne and caviar.

Since 1990, an increase of 1.3 million on track to 9 million people by 2035 from the current 8.5 reported 1.4% vacancy rate. The city doesn't disclose the details, but the migrant crisis has resulted in a housing crisis. According to the city's Dept of Homeland Services, NYC has 8.2% migrants living in affordable housing bypassing the requirements funded by taxpayers including payroll for operations and non profit agencies. If this is eliminated, many people will be out of work so migrants are crucial to remain here.

If Prop 2, 3, 4 and 5 are passed, then the NYC Council will vote to fast track anything goes with housing all over the city and people don't have a choice to complain.

However this will not be affordable as outlined by the local elected officials since they need the money. It's just a message for all to agree. According to the Mayor's Office, the budget allocated for this operation alone is $21 billion dollars.

Rent will never be affordable in NYC and that's a fact.
