Snow arriving on Tuesday in NY

Starting Tuesday, January 16 from 10am to Wednesday around 1pm, NY will see snow all across the state. The snow is not heavy and expected to melt due to temperatures in the 40's. Meterologits reported about 1-3 inches of snow is expected in NYC while upstate will have more, about 5 inches.
