Sian Green is suing the city for 27 5 million

Her lawyers in UK and NYC have filed against the city and at the same time notified the TLC and the DOT. Her case is focused on cab driver's record and allowing the city to drive. The cabbie, Mohammad Himon and courier, Kenneth Olivo has not retained lawyers as of yet.
