Shots fired near Queens Center Mall resulted with arrests

Police were called to the parking lot of Burger King on 62nd Avenue and 93rd Street near Queens Center Mall in Elmhurst reporting of multiple shots fired. Further investigation reported it was gang related. Police arrested one suspect at the intersection of Horace Harding Expressway and Junction Blvd. Another perp was apprehended in the parking lot of Queens Center Mall after a witness called police seen with a gun. The investigation is ongoing.
