Shopping mall opens in Long Island

Governor Cuomo reported for shopping malls to re-open, special air filtration systems must be in place to be under Phase 4 except NYC.
The schedules for malls to open are as following.
For Long Island, three malls opens today. They are Roosevelt Field Mall, Smith Haven Mall and Walt Whitman Shops in Huntington with limited hours.
The following 2 malls will re-open tomorrow and they are Green Acres Mall in Valley Stream and Broadway Commons in Hicksville.
On July 15, Sunrise Mall in Massapequa and Westfield South Shore in Bay Shore are awaiting for the filters confirmation to re-open on that day.
The filters must be MERV-13 that has the capacity to control the virus according to Cuomo.
