For bullets and victims in NYC, there are 4 homicides, each from Far Rockaway, Bronx, Brooklyn and Manhattan. 1 stabbed in Manhattan, Bronx and Jackson Heights on Roosevelt Avenue and National Avenue. Another shot in Brooklyn and the Bronx. Shots fired in the Bronx and Hollis in Queens.
For coronavirus, this is statewide. 82,737 tested with 753 positive cases at .91%. Total hospitalization at 581 and 4 deaths yesterday.
During 11:30am conference call with the media, Cuomo said of schools, This is not a dictatorial decision by the school district. It's the parent's choice. It's the parent's choice to send their child. If the parents are not comfortable, the children will not be sent. Cuomo received the plan for NYC schools and will make decision soon.
