Shake a leg to boom boom for arena vicinity in Elmont

The next vicinity for the development zone is Jamaica Avenue and Hempstead Avenue commercial lots area connecting to the UBS Arena. This is where many commercial lands are not sold but leased for development while homeowners are selling all at once for the new zone change to be announced soon.

The hotel plans are on a roll so from the airport to the arena is convenient for tourism. It is not known how many hotels are planned within the arena.

More expansions are slated by developers where many homes are now listed on the market similar to the Citi Field's strategy in Flushing. The NYS Dept of Transportation will be on tour to outline a new route all around including from Floral Park to Elmont as per the Governor's office. This is due to the heavy traffic jam during major events at the arena.

The next event making waves is the MTV Music Awards scheduled for September 7 at the arena. This time, it's live on CBS for the first time.
