Seven years in NHP and now locals surprised

The long time location serving business as a health spa has been shut down by the NYPD after complaints alleged of illegal operation of certain services in New Hyde Park. This is inside the New Hyde Park shopping center on Union Turnpike and Langdale Street. The investigation started on October 31 last month and then a warrant was issued this week. The NYPD then shut down the location much to the local's surprise which has been existing for 7 years. According to a former customer, the location also provided acupuncture services.

As of today, the Queens DA's office has not released the charges.

The investigation continues.
