Serious assault involving a 7 year old at a local Queens hotel

On Wednesday night around 9:30pm, police reported a 7 year old was sexually assaulted by a suspect, male, 34, migrant at the local Hotel Mint JFK AIrport in Far Rockaway.

The suspect identified as John Doe was taken into custody and charges are pending.

According to police, the hotel was housing migrants when the suspect allegedly lured the victim and her sister, also the same age, to his room. The victim was staying at the hotel with her family, also migrants. While playing in the hallway, the suspect talked to the victim to follow. This is when he placed a weapon on the victim during the incident. The mother while looking for her children knocked on the door and the suspect jumped out from the window to the ground. This is where the suspect was confronted by the victim's brother and a fight erupted.

EMS treated the victim and the suspect was hauled away.

NYC is a city of love and the Queens DA won't disclose the charges, if any, to the public.
