Second car fire of the day on local parkways

This morning around 7:30am, the Long Island Expressway eastbound was delayed due to a fully involved car fire. This is by Little Neck Parkway.

Just now, the Grand Central Parkway eastbound by Ditmars Blvd has heavy delays due to a fully involved car fire.

EMS is checking on all involved.

Firefighters are working on the scene.

Heavy delays all around.
