Rape investigation in the Bellerose

The Queens DA's Office along with NYPD SUV are continuing with a rape investigation in Bellerose. The incident was reported on July 7th around 7pm at a residence on 247th Street and 85th Avenue.

The victim has received an order of protection after the suspect was apprehended and charged were filed on July 14th pending one part of the investigation complete.
