Seasonal toucher wanted on Hillside by NYPD SVS

Police released the photo of a suspect wanted for touching and groping including by force on victims on Hillside Avenue. All the incidents were reported between 164 and 179 Street. The latest incident was reported on April 30 after surveillance video was captured. Most of the victims didn't come forward due to fear. NYPD Special Victims Service reported beside serials touchers, serial mastrubators are frequent on Hillside Avenue due to the high roll of waiting list at various social adult day care centers. Many of the centers are overloaded with cases for those seeking shelters, food and other treatments. Several cases of suspects are on the loose in the same location due to busy civilian centers. The city blames lack of funding.
