SSP westbound closed in Nassau County

The NCPD closed off all lanes on the Southern State Parkway reporting a vehicle accident involving a motorcyclist.

This is on the westbound near the Wantagh State Parkway Exit.

EMS say the motorcyclist is not responding.

ESU is working to clear lanes for rush hour traffic.

Heavy delays on the eastbound due to onlookers.

Police are working on the traffic coordination.
