Rush hour mess on the GCP and LIE eastbound routes

The NYPD reported a multiple vehicle accident with injuries on the Grand Central Parkway eastbound resulting all lanes closed. This is by Northern Blvd in Flushing. EMS reported more than ten injuries involving over five vehicles. ESU is working to remove vehicles on the parkway. Firefighters are also working on the scene. Also, one lane on the westbound closed for emergency vehicles to arrive to the scene of incident.

Long Island Expressway eastbound by Cross Island Parkway is a mess with over 4 vehicles accident.

Heavy delays all around.

Avoid both routes for rush hour.
