Rudy sent a letter to ensure Biden debate

Former NYC mayor, Rudy Guiliani on behalf of the Trump campaign sent an affidavit letter to the Commission on Presidential Debates to involve to ensure that presidential candidate Joe Biden must participate against Trump. This came after Nancy Pelosi said he shouldn't debate. Biden confirmed that he will participate.
Biden was in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania today for the first time to speak to the public as part of the campaign inside a hall while people waited outside.
