Rosedale rape suspect in custody

NYPD reported Ryan Bayard, 30 is in custody after the rape of a 78 year old woman in Rosedale. The incident was reported on Sunday around 6:30am at an abandoned house boarded up on 148 Avenue and 241 Street. Neighbors has been complaining of squatters for a long time but no actions have been taken. Police also stated both suspect and the victim were homeless and was living in the home with no heat, hot water, electricity.
