Robbery turned into slashing in Jamaica

The NYPD reported a victim was robbed inside the train station on Hillside Avenue in Jamaica. Then the victim resisted and was slashed in front of local commuters.

EMS transported the victim to a local hospital.

Police are now searching for the suspect who took off toward southbound train.

Delays on the E and F lines.
