Robbery at the local bank in East Meadow

The NCPD reported bank robbery at the local Bank of America in East Meadows, Nassau County. The incident was reported around 12pm today. This is on Hempstead Turnpike and Newbridge Road.

The suspect, male, passed a note demanding cash.

Then took off with cash on foot.

Ongoing investigation.
