Review board meeting in Floral Park

Today at 8pm, the Floral Park Village will have a meeting with the Architectural Review Board regarding the iconic Centennial Hall's next update on Tulip Avenue. The event is at Fireman's Hall at 8pm. The new owner, Friedman Group will be present to outline the new changes to the location which is to be redeveloped into an apartment complex. The current plan is to convert the building into 10 two bedroom and 8 one bedroom apartments. The four columns on the front of the building will remain as it is.
