Robbery at Chase Bank in Ridgewood

Police reported armed robbery at Chase bank on January 5 around 12:30pm at the location, 60-67 Myrtle Avenue in Ridgewood. A suspect, male, white entered the bank and passed a note demanding money. The teller cooperated and the suspect took off with $1,000 cash toward unknown directions. Police described the suspect as male, white, 25 to 30 with beard. Ongoing investigation.
