Road closed for concert in NYC

Thousands showed up for a NYC protest in form of concert to honor Breanna Taylor in Manhattan with road closure. This is in Manhattan which was setup in form of protest with NYPD patrol. According to the NYC mayor's office, protests are legal regardless of road closure without permits as long as they are either BLM or Antifa. No gatherings are allowed for wedding, outdoor parties, outside bars or even parks which are regulated by NYC sheriffs. According to NYPD, this concert was in form of protest and there were no COVID tests or guideline with health care workers on the scene but there were plenty of free food for all. Other group also joined the movement.
