Theme park at Nassau County facing violations for not following social distancing

The Nassau County's Fire Marshal reported violations for Bayville Scream Park for not following social distance guideline over the weekend. This came after complaints with 200 to 300 people inside who were enjoying the event. Again, another complaint was forwarded and warned the management to enforce social distancing or face shut down. The management stated they have the guideline under control and expect to control the crowd for the coming days.
