Retail stores in NYS have 2 weeks to remove all flavored e cigs

NYS Health Dept confirmed the approval of emergency ban of all flavored e-cigarettes in the entire NYS from retail stores to locals selling them. The ban started today and enforcement will start tomorrow. The health department has given 2 weeks time to remove all items from shelves. NY Becomes the first state nationwide to ban e-cigs after 7 deaths were linked to vape smoking.
