Rescue operation in the river by Rikers Island

Police are reporting 2 inmates escaped Rikers Island. After search one inmate has been apprehended on the roof. The other in the water. NYPD Aviation and Harbor units are searching. Ongoing investigation.
Update - 2nd person in custody after water search.
