Real numbers does not reflect outbreak of COVID 19 in NYC

Doctors at public hospitals have told the media that official COVID19 numbers do not reflect the real scale of the outbreak in NYC. Multiple doctors from Elmhurst Hospital to Brooklyn, Bronx, etc hospitals confirmed there is underreporting and didn't want to be identified because of fear of reprisal. In the upcoming election schedule, politicians are leveraging coronavirus to their advantage according to three campaign workers who doesn't want to be identified.
