That's the NYC budget and still the mayor says the city is broke.
However, the mayor WON'T disclose how much reserve funds are in the accounts BUT the city lost $7.4 billion from the virus.
Now the mayor wants federal fund of $7 billion or the city will have tough time to recovery.
