Neighbors are telling the rabbi to remove the vehicle and use a residential place like everyone else fearing more such worn outs will be parked in their area. Blumberg, 62 does not have a home and he travel from temple to temple for services in his mobile home. He also allow other temple goers inside his vehicle for pray and mediation as well as weekday lecture activities. According to DOT, parking a mobile home is allowed only for 24 hours in the city and if not moved, the fine is $115.
