GOVO windows installation continue in the winter

Today was a cold day and window company, Dunrite, Dun-Rite or Dun Rite had its employees replacing windows in the Bellerose section. Many residents were complaining of the cold inside and unable to bear but the order came from board including Robert Friedrich who insist installation regardless of the weather. After asking around why the gap of days in-between for installations, few employees replied they work for a temp agency out of Brooklyn organized by Wallace Scott and their assignments vary from different companies along with GOVO. The employees need jobs despite working in the freezing temperature.
