Queens man wanted for Times Square shooting is caught in Florida

The US Marshals and Fugitive Task Force apprehended Farrakhan Muhammad, 31 of Queens in Jacksonville, Florida. He was caught driving in Florida with a female whom he met at a hotel on West 42nd Street after he allegedly shot 3 bystanders after a dispute with 3 others in Times Square last Saturday. Police received anonymous tips he was last seen in North Carolina. He is being extradited to NYC for charges pending with investigation.
