Queens NY man turns himself in over alleged bridgeport U shooting

Bridgeport Police say a man wanted in connection with an October shooting at a dining hall at the University of Bridgeport has now turned himself in.

Dylan Cruz-Tillery, 18, of Queens, NY, had been wanted on assault related charges in connection with an alleged shooting at the Marina Dining Hall on campus on October 29.

Police had said Cruz-Tillery and the victim weren't students.

But, it was believed the victim had a connection of some kind to the school and the Cruz-Tillery was another student's guest.

Investigators believe the shooting stemmed from a fight over a girl.
