Qdoba and Shake Shacks expansion on Long Island

Qdoba Mexican Eats is announced plans to add five locations in both Nassau and Suffolk Counties soon and one in Brooklyn. The franchise is popular with the new generation and already has six locations on Long Island. The company was under the division of Jack in the Box until sold off to Apollo Global Management in 2018.

Shake Shack announced plans to add five locations around Long Island. Four are aimed for Commack, Holbrook, Selden, Riverhead and another one in the Green Acres Mall.

As of now, there are two in Suffolk County, Melville and Lake Grove and three in Nassau County, New Hyde Park, Westbury and Oceanside.

Dates have not been announced as of yet.
