Public beaches to be open in NYC

Saturday, May 26 will be the day all NYC public beaches will re-open for summer. Coney Island and Rockaways will have the same usual events such as Nathan's hot dog eating contest. In order to qualify to enter, one must enter event on June 24 at CitiField but sadly, registration is overbooked. The event is open to public.
