Protest shut down Queenboro Bridge

Yellow cabbies facing financial crisis have shut down Queensborough Bridge heading to Manhattan demanding debt relief. Traffic is all a mess in the vicinity. Several cabbies stated they took loans after obtaining medallion license from NYC T&LC until Uber and Lyft took over the market leaving them into financial dire straits. During peak time, getting a license for yellow cab costing over $500,000 each was the dream then and now it all add up to debt. The bridge has traffic delay over an hour now.
