Protest in Queens

A group of people gathered at the Roy Wilkins Center on Baisey Blvd in Jamaica. The march will continue to Supreme Court on Sutphin Blvd between Hillside and Jamaica Avenues. Police reported Jamaica Avenue is set to close if the group is large. Another group is gathering to march to Kew Gardens Criminal Court on Queens Blvd where the protest is scheduled for 2:30pm. Another group is protesting for March for Schools on 34th Avenue and 69th Street for meet 3pm. Traffic will be heavy around the listed roads. Drivers are advised to use alternate routes.
