Major shuffling at NYPD

There are multiple sources inside NYPD reporting the commissioner and chief of detectives are out. Mayor de Blasio will select Juanita Holmes as the next commissioner. Holmes is very close to the mayor and obey his commands according to insiders. Also she was brought of retirement in January by the mayor. Rodney Harrison is slated to be the next chief of detectives. The announcement is under discussion.
Update - Some one at the mayor's office leaked the info to the media and City Hall denied it. However, sources at NYPD are standing by their claims that its true shakeup is coming but no details were disclosed.
