Poor number 7 with the latest incident this morning in Corona

The NYPD reported a male teen was rushed to a local hospital after falling from top of the 7 train car in Corona. This is on Roosevelt Avenue near the 108th Street Corona Plaza station.

Several witnesses told the police they saw the teen on top of the train around 8am this morning. EMS reported the teen was in critical condition during the transport.

The NYPD reported in less than 24 hours yesterday, four people were believed to have jumped in front of the oncoming trains resulting in delays and alternate traffic for commuters.

Around 2:30pm, 7 line was delayed after the same incident at the 108th Street Corona Plaza station when a male was found dead.

An hour later, the 1 line was delayed by the same incident at 191st Street station in Washington Heights. The male survived the incident.

Around 7:30pm, the 2 line was delayed on the Upper West Side when male was found dead by the 96th Street station.

Another hour later, the 1 line was affected with delays at 207th Street when a male jumped in front of the train and died.

The NYPD confirmed that no criminality was involved or suspects in any of the four incidents yesterday but the investigation continues.
