Police chase on LIE eastbound

Police reported a male shot in Flushing. This is on Horace Harding Expy and Calloway Street. The suspect took off Long Island Expressway eastbound in a silver Mitsubishi SUV with NJ plates. The victim has been taken to a local hospital and expect to survive. Ongoing investigation.
