Police arrested suspect for throwing a dog from the balcony

Yuk Cheung, 35 was arrested on Tuesday, March 21 around 5:30pm and was brought into 109th Precinct. Witness stated the dog was thrown from the roof. Police reported the incident caused from a domestic dispute. Reported 12:30am.
