Police activity by the Roosevelt Field Mall

Heavy police presence by the Roosevelt Field Mall reporting multiple vehicle accident with injuries involving an ambulance and one in likely condition. The victim was inside the ambulance when the incident occurred. Old Country Road closed in both directions by the mall area. An off duty police officer also injured. EMS and ESU are working on the scene reporting entrapment also. Avoid the area. Ongoing investigation.
