No questions asked of where by NYPD

NYPD issued internal memo to all precincts and officers of the new pot law which took effect on March 31, 2021. With legal dispensaries not open to the public until 2 to 3 years away, no questions will be asked where one did obtain the pot or why the smell except designated places. As of today, many have started smoking in public and people complained of the smell but after calling 911, they were advised NYPD will not enforce it.
