Police activity at the local mall in Valley Stream

The NCPD is at the local mall in Valley Stream reporting a vehicle accident involving multiple pedestrians and hit the local Target store.

Police are working on the crowd control.

EMS is working on the injured.

A witness says it was scary with a driver cruising out of control toward the pedestrians before slamming toward the store.

Sunrise Highway has lanes closed for emergency vehicles to the scene.
