Phase 4 on track to open Monday in NYC

NYC Mayor stated in a press brief that Phase 4 is on track to open on Monday, July 20. This is same as NYS Phase 4 without indoor dining. Professional sports without people, movie productions, music and television productions and outdoor entertainment are allowed. Along with indoor dining, museums and malls remains closed.
The mayor emphasized Open Restaurants with another 40 more blocks. For Queens, its all Forest Hills. This program will continue until October 31.
