Phagwah parade is on in Richmond Hill

Sunday, March 22 at The Phil Rizutto Park in Richmond Hill. The parade will start on Liberty Avenue and 133rd Street at 10am. Organizers of the parade will provide different colors of powder for their holi festival. Open to the public.
